At YY Packaging, we are committed to providing secure payment options and transparent refund terms. As a custom packaging manufacturer, all orders are produced based on customer-approved specifications. Please review this policy carefully before confirming your order.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. We do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, or offline cash payments.
Payment Processing & Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. YY Packaging does not store or retain your full payment details on our servers.
To protect against fraud, additional verification of billing or identity information may be required before an order is confirmed.
Payment Verification & Disputes
In certain cases, we may request supporting documents (such as billing confirmation or identification) to complete payment verification.
If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
All YY Packaging products are custom-made according to customer specifications. For this reason, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive packaging that is:

Incorrect compared to the approved specification, or
-
Damaged during production or shipping
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After review, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

Replacement of the affected items

Refund for the affected portion of the order
YY Packaging will cover all related replacement or return shipping costs in confirmed error cases.
Orders That Do Not Meet Expectations
If an order matches the approved proof, specifications, and production standards but does not meet subjective expectations, refunds are not guaranteed, as the products are made-to-order and not resellable.
For exceptional cases, requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and any return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and final approval by YY Packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The order was produced according to approved proofs and specifications

Color variation occurs within normal printing tolerances

Artwork or design issues originated from customer-supplied files
-
The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
YY Packaging reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
Return Process
To initiate a return or issue review, please contact us at:
Include your order reference number, reason for return, and supporting images or documentation. If approved, our team will provide return instructions and authorization details.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours after returned items (if applicable) are received and inspected.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees, expedited production costs, or approved restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If a replacement is required due to a confirmed issue, it will be handled as part of the resolution process described above.
Policy Enforcement
YY Packaging reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy fairly and consistently. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
